No apple pay, no fast delivery

The list sorting and key words needs to be worked on Seriously couldn’t find what I was looking for

The app is quite slow when deleting items or adjusting the shopping cart The app has a tendency to be glitchy and is not as user friendly as other shopping apps in Oman

Please check the app and website. It stopped recognising my location. It now says non-serviceable location when I have been getting deliveries just fine twice a week for the past year. It is not just me, my neighbours are experiencing same too. You probably haven’t been getting delivery orders from our area at all this past week

So frustrating app.. I kept adding to the cart and every time I go to finalise my order I find “you have nothing in your cart “.. huge waste of time.. 👎

Your app website is so difficult to process

Hello Good Afternoon, Could you please add a tab that takes directly to the raffle page or a tab for adding raffle coupons using the barcode without typing the digits. The raffle coupon number is too long and a list of all raffle coupon numbers added to this user email or mobile number . Else please create a new app for lulu raffles linked to customer account with barcode reader. Please

Any category you click comes up with nothing found. I searched for ‘spin bike’ and got washing powder. Whole thing needs an overhaul, bitterly disappointed.

This is a very frustrating app and the reason there is no improvement is because there is no competition. Every time we try to buy something the payment process is so painful. I have to enter the information manually every time and then keep getting “payment error” message. Please fix it for crying out loud. Don’t you want your customers to pay you??
