Videos entrecortados y en mala calidad (al menos en Chile) De nada sirve tener un amplio catálogo de conciertos, si los videos se ven entrecortados, incluso en la calidad mínima. Tengo excelente internet banda ancha, me funcionan todas las otras plataformas de streaming perfecto en 4K (YouTube, Netflix, prime video, etc). La única excepción es Medici, funciona pésimo, en PC, mac, iOS, usando distintos navegadores…

Extraño que no esté disponible para Apple TV. Alternativas, la app de la Berliner Philarmoniker, Deutsche Grammophon.

Me ha permitido disfrutar de muchas producciones de ópera de distintos teatros del mundo y de interesantes conciertos y documentales. Vivo en un pequeño pueblo de Chile, disfrutando de la naturaleza, lo único que me faltaba era Medici.tv

Permite ver videos con sus subtítulos solamente en la app pero al usar con chromecast o con Apple TV no hay manera de visualizar los subtítulos en el televisor.

It appears the programming could be good. However the website is atrocious. It is impossible to log in, password recovery doesn’t work and there is absolutely no way to contact anyone at the company. Very disappointing.

I like the new features. Being able to see the program notes and search while continuously using airplay is a huge improvement. Scrolling/searching through a video is very hectic - time stamp jumps around erratically and it’s really hard to find the spot you want. Also, my favorites list is blank. It still shows up on my account on a browser(Safari) but in iOS app it says I have no favorites. iPad 8th gen iOS 17

Low resolution streaming, no closed captioning on Apple TV, customer service is pretty much non-existent. Basically, it's been nothing but problems from the day I handed over my money. In fact, I only gave it two stars because the catalog is good. I had dreams of watching a lot more, but medici.tv made it impossible.

The Medici staff keep promising to fix problems. They never do. In fact, with each release of their apps, the service gets worse. Some of us have saved many favorites. None of our favorites show up on the iPad app or the Roku app. We actually would be forced to re-create all of our favorites on the iPad app. I will cancel this service before I ever do that. And why haven’t you ever released an Apple TV app? Of all the apps that you have released, your Roku app is the worst of them all, as it is a basic bare bones app that lacks 2/3 of your features. Just kill the Roku app, given how worthless it is, and design, and effective Apple TV app. that is what everybody has been asking for here for the last five years. A high school student could design an app and could do a better job than Medici. The so-called leadership of Medici, that I assume actually get paid for this dismal performance, should all be fired.

Each time I wish to stream Medici.tv through Roku on my A/V system I am asked for my Medici.tv password. I don’t have that pronlem with any other site I use on my Roku
