Medici.TV does not have an APP to open on Apple TV what is very inconveniente as I can only watch it by using my iPad and depending on its battery. A new service is now on Apple TV, the CUE and for that reason is a lot more conveniente and has practically the same content. Why is Medici waiting so long to have an APP on Apple TV? Regardes. Great content, but I can’t see it in AppleTV! Neither in my Apple MacBook Air 2020.

The content is amazing, however app is full of bugs. It's impossible to see any content with subtitles via airplay or chromecast. Chromecast never works and helpdesk never answered to any of my question about this limitations.

It appears the programming could be good. However the website is atrocious. It is impossible to log in, password recovery doesn’t work and there is absolutely no way to contact anyone at the company. Very disappointing.

I like the new features. Being able to see the program notes and search while continuously using airplay is a huge improvement. Scrolling/searching through a video is very hectic - time stamp jumps around erratically and it’s really hard to find the spot you want. Also, my favorites list is blank. It still shows up on my account on a browser(Safari) but in iOS app it says I have no favorites. iPad 8th gen iOS 17

Low resolution streaming, no closed captioning on Apple TV, customer service is pretty much non-existent. Basically, it's been nothing but problems from the day I handed over my money. In fact, I only gave it two stars because the catalog is good. I had dreams of watching a lot more, but medici.tv made it impossible.

The Medici staff keep promising to fix problems. They never do. In fact, with each release of their apps, the service gets worse. Some of us have saved many favorites. None of our favorites show up on the iPad app or the Roku app. We actually would be forced to re-create all of our favorites on the iPad app. I will cancel this service before I ever do that. And why haven’t you ever released an Apple TV app? Of all the apps that you have released, your Roku app is the worst of them all, as it is a basic bare bones app that lacks 2/3 of your features. Just kill the Roku app, given how worthless it is, and design, and effective Apple TV app. that is what everybody has been asking for here for the last five years. A high school student could design an app and could do a better job than Medici. The so-called leadership of Medici, that I assume actually get paid for this dismal performance, should all be fired.

Each time I wish to stream Medici.tv through Roku on my A/V system I am asked for my Medici.tv password. I don’t have that pronlem with any other site I use on my Roku
