The problem of not being able to login to the app has now been resolved. We now return to an excellent app for classical music media, concerts, ballet, opera and interviews. It appears to me that developers of apps have to be careful about Apple updates.

Medici is incompatible with lockdown mode on an iPhone. Please fix this, and also make sure it is compatible with iOS 17.2 and ExpressVPN. I am using this through my web browser, because I have read so many poor reviews about the iPhone app. Fix the app, so it can be used in landscape view, and so that Favorites will carry over from a web browser to the app. Also, I can't open the app--I get a "loading failed" message--even if I turn off lockdown mode. I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max. Let me know when this will be fixed. Thank you.

Error message when loading video. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling; it worked for a minute and then went back to not allowing me to load videos. I’m currently watching content through the web browser.

Love the content but needs app for my tv and needs English subtitles for more of the content

The app keeps not allowing me to view my choices because of an update, and that I have to delete my favorites list, find them individually through the search function to like them again. Doesn’t work. The only programming I’m able to access is what pops up in the Home page. If I try to look for anything, I get the default sorry you can see what you want to see message.

Really amazing breadth of classical music performances and documentaries. Much to thrill or simply enjoy or learn. Highly recommended.

I like the new features. Being able to see the program notes and search while continuously using airplay is a huge improvement. Scrolling/searching through a video is very hectic - time stamp jumps around erratically and it’s really hard to find the spot you want. Also, my favorites list is blank. It still shows up on my account on a browser(Safari) but in iOS app it says I have no favorites. iPad 8th gen iOS 17 Update: lowered another star. After update, favorites still not working.

For Pete’s sake, could you make sure that Favorites from one IOS app seamlessly synchronize with the othe IOS apps and with your website? Thank you.
