Amazing thermostat
Bought 4 MTS200(us). Excellent product. Easy installation, easy setup, lots of interesting features and informations. User friendly! What more could we ask ? Let’s see when it gets older…
App is junk
Hardware seems okay although it randomly loses wifi connection for no reason. App is hot garbage as it reports that the garage door is open when it’s really closed and vice versa. Sometimes it won’t connect at all.
Love/Hate Relationship
Love the Meross App as it stays connected to its devices consistently. However hate that there isn’t the possibility of creating Apple Shortcuts, or having Meross integrated more with Apple. I bought their products based on the good reviews I read about Apple. Pls fix.
