Absolutely Simple and Easy to Use
I been using the smart plus and extensions since last 1 year and it has been consistently working fine for me. happy to remotely operate most of the stuff.
Smart bulb
Software is flawless and most effective in use.
Has lot of issues
Out of 10 only works 2 times. The app lags, unresponsive and continues updates still same.
Useless
Doesn’t work work Alexa after the update. Skill isn’t updated. Don’t water your money

Totally organized and functionally complete.
Works as expected!
It does what I want, when I want can’t ask for more than that.

Wish I had those updates
I only wish it told you each time the garage opens or close as a notification to your phn. You on get a notification if an alert goes off such as being open too long. It also requires and extra kit order for sir or ISO to work properly.

Equipment installation was easy. Software/App installation was reasonably easy but would be a bit challenging for someone with limited understanding of home networks. Neither my elderly mom nor my wife would be able to install software.
