Most terrible application and user experience I have seen after a very long time. The smart plug just does not connect. After you repeat the same thing 30 times, then it works. 2 stars only because the smart plug works when it actually connects, unless 1 star. Terrible.

Meross smart plugs work totaly individualy and can be accessed remotely even when you are not on domearic wifi.

Totally organized and functionally complete.

It does what I want, when I want can’t ask for more than that.

I only wish it told you each time the garage opens or close as a notification to your phn. You on get a notification if an alert goes off such as being open too long. It also requires and extra kit order for sir or ISO to work properly.

Equipment installation was easy. Software/App installation was reasonably easy but would be a bit challenging for someone with limited understanding of home networks. Neither my elderly mom nor my wife would be able to install software.

Just went to YouTube and watched a few times. It’s very simple installation Why pay $200 when I can do it myself and be proud

Can’t stand this practice of selling you a product to use with an app but then bombarding you with ads in the app. Disgusting practice. Respect people’s time. If you want to destroy me with ads then the products should be free.

Just as advertised. We continually went to bed with either the security gate or a garage door up. This device handles both garage doors and our security gate. It send a reminder at 10 PM if we forget to close them. I am not exceptionally handy, and I was able to install all three.
