device removal
I cannot remove a device after it has been reset. It says: internet connection error.
Ms100f solar
I can’t use the msh300 hub with this solar sensor. Once I installed one after few minutes is disappeared. Until that time I’m not able to change anything on the setup for instance: name of the device…
constant connectivity issues
i have led stripe, and thermostat, and for couple of days it works fine, then it looses all connection, and when i try to reset it says connection error…
Can’t update HUb
I cant update the HUB device. In settings I see the possibility of the update, I click on the update option but it does not complete the process. The advertising of the fire alarm device stated that the fire alarm can be silenced from the phone. In reality, this is not the case.
since the last update it’s not working
can not connect the led stripes, it has lost all the conenction, and cannot reconnect. says unknown error
