App werkt ongelooflijk slecht
The good: one can see all tasks in one central place The bad: Would be nice to be able to filter tasks on plans / assigned to / status … -> currently only possibility is to go through view “Assigned to me”, but then one sees only assigned to self and for all plans. As a manager I want to be able to select tasks of some plans for whole team or some people Would be nice to be able to drag & drop tasks from one plan to another (now it is hidden in the menu) Unable to see flagged e-mails?
Difficult to check tasks in multiple tenants. Doesn’t work
Een kalender op de mobiele versie zou een grote verbetering zijn! De lijst biedt geen aangenaam en overzichtelijk gebruik. Op naam kunnen zoeken is ook nodig. Mvg Peter
Needs to be harmonious with out office softwares. For instance with flagged outlook emails going into a ‘to do’ bucket (this already exists within the To Do platform so why not exist Planner). Furthermore would benefit from an IOS Widget.
Functioneert op zich heel goed, maar blijft mails sturen op ongepaste uren (snachts)
App is totaal niet gebruiksvriendelijk en onoverzichtelijk, de moeite niet.
Please Microsoft, stop making app and enable PWA on all your sites.
Pointless if it’s not integrated with Outlook. Why is Tasks app integrated but not this? Planner also seems to work only in one direction with Tasks, so even if you would want to take the extra step of going to a mail in Outlook -> create new Task in Tasks app -> Add task to Planner. Nope, doesn’t seem to be an option. Only items manually created in Planner can be added to Tasks. Like I said, pointless. Much better would be if in Outlook they would let us create a new task in Planner app, instead of Tasks.
Werkt top !
