Big problem! Need help! I wrote my first plan in Planner and it’s for my 2025 actions. But it disappeared, I shared to my assistant and she also cannot find it back. Can you tell me how to get it back?

Good tool for managing the Normal departmental work.

Great stuff. I love it. Now, a big downside is that the tasks I create from mobile app don’t sync up to my web planner. Could you fix that? Otherwise the app is read only ... thanks

Provided an efficient way to keep all teammates to-do tasks in sync, with various ways to group, to sort and to categorise

For example: Flow, power BI can have web based interface and app interface. But Planner is difficult to reach web based interface.

Signed in, see my plans, can even see my profile but the bottom of the app has a permanent prompt to say session expired. Cannot see any buckets in the plans, no tasks. Just an app to show me a list if plans.

Want to use this badly as the idea of it is both cost effective for work and simple and straightforward but it’s lacking is some basic functionality and some logical navigations, instructions and features that make it so far a little frustrating - cmon people! Message me and I’ll tell you what’s needed - can’t be difficult to do

Tried customer service, 9 times and they couldn’t help.

The saddest most unintuitive interface. I feel like I’m working off something from 20 years ago.
