Devastating Experience
Took me more than an hour and still unable to add a new satellite. What's the use of the network map if users are not allowed to reboot, remove or change the settings of satellite? I can't even modify the satellite settings and remove the old satellites that incorrectly display on the network map. 😠 The satellite appears in blue LED light that suggests it's connected to the main router but the app still failed to search for it, then how am I gonna set up your expensive router? 🙄 I'm paying for a better experience and I do not expect increasing annoyance in set ups. Every step took 2 minutes or more to wait, and still respond in failure. Thanks for wasting my time! 🤬
