Slow (loading… minutes) and unable to create separate 2.4 network

There is not a chance in hell that I would buy an Orbi again. In my house I need to turn internet access on and off daily for different units. (I have kids) The time it takes for the app to turn off one unit is ridiculously long and I cannot choose to turn off several at a time and then execute it. Sometimes access is turned off but it still “works” There may be a function to turn off Internet access for all but the controlling unit, but I have not found it. In addition it very rarely sees all the units that have access to the network. In short it is an absolutely rotten app. The network units work poorly as well, at least at my place.

The login procedure into the router and Netgear account is flawed. You cannot use apple password manager and you got different login details dependent on access protocol: app or lan-ip.

Find it difficult to set and keep child time limits when the system time is not visible (i.e. is the Orbi following local time and the child limits not working, or is it on a different time zone? The catagories for setting limits does not work well either. Finally internet speed has never been as fast as it could be even when my provider is giving 1000/1000 I get 90 Mbps out of the Orbi

This is a real great app to set up your new mesh system. Realy easy to maintenance your network with the app. You don’t need a browser.
