The app in itself is great, loads of different learnings, from healthier options to activity boosts to better psychological tricks to help change your mindset. However, whenever I asked to speak with a human coach the response comes after 3 days on average, so that part is not practical at all. I fell off the wagon and had to pick myself up.

It lores you in at first. It asks a billion questions and you’ll think “oh that’s nice”. But no personalization whatsoever. They gave me the exact same set of generic bad written articles they gave my friend and we’re completely different. Everything around the app is designed to get your money. L app.

Can you please help as there is an unauthorized debit in my account.

The application total fraud. They are scammers

I registered and want to log in and cancel the membership- you are stuck voz u cant log in anywhere.

Noom does nothing but ask you to track your weight, read a few articles, and log your food. App has technical issues which neither Noom or Apple are taking accountability for. Customer Service is absolute garbage. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP. You will get no value for your money.

I was charged for the renewal by mistake, I complained and I got immediate response and the amount was successfully refunded. Thanks guys , although I was not able to benefit from the the app yet your response is good , thank you guys

The biggest disappointment was when I stopped the subscription, all my achievements and progress was lost. At least they should allow you to access the information you already paid for! Plus when I changed phones, all previous information was not carried through, even though my email was still registered. Have no intention to put more money into it ever! Nor would recommend to anyone else!

This is the most useless app that I’ve signed up for a trail for. At first, I was actually enjoying the Articles i was asked to read but I’ve figured that they don’t offer any personalized programs/ anything special which is completely useless. I signed up for a trail which was actually a “paid” one for some reason- It costed 19$ for the trial and i have not chosen any option such as to save my card details neither auto-subscribe when my trail comes to an end, nor was I notified by those scammers that this will happen automatically. I got shocked they auto-renewed my subscription without my approval and that they saved my card details and deducted 159$ from my accounts without prior permission just because they claim they are an “auto-renewing website” and when i contacted their support they denied the fact that it was without permission and that the notifying email might have been directed to my “Spam” emails- which again, IS NOT MY PROBLEM. Anyway, just writing this so that people don’t make the same mistake i did. Don’t trust them, don’t download this app and don’t purchase any “trails” - If for any simple reason it would be because it’s completely USELESS.

I just installed the app and when I clicked it to have a customized plan the poll just assumed I’m in my 40s. This changed the plan because different factors depending on the age so is it just in my case or is that a bug in the app?
