Je ne connaissais pas cette application pour la location de voiture Première expérience donc et une entière satisfaction Loueuse gentille et disponible Véhicule conforme aux descriptions et rapport qualité prix imbattable Véhicule arrivé direct à la maison et récupéré au même endroit Les contacts via le site avec le loueur sont réactifs pourtant nous n avions nous pas toujours de connexion Bref à renouveler rapidement

I used OuiCar to rent a utility van to move. I rented the van one week prior to my moving date, and validated my drivers license, insurance, etc. I received the confirmation email from OuiCar stating my insurance and reservation were valid. The morning of my reservation, while sitting in the car with the moving van renter, about to start the trip, OuiCar cancelled my reservation. The owner of the van, nor I, cancelled, OuiCar cancelled the reservation. As OuiCar cancelled the reservation within the hour of the start time, OuiCar also refused to refund me any money, per their cancellation policies, even though OuiCar themselves cancelled. Not only did OuiCar steal from me, they also ruined my moving day. OuiCar stole money from me and I’m still fighting to get it back. So far this sham company has done absolutely nothing to assist. In the end, OuiCar stole money and time from me, and has horrendous customer service. OuiCar has caused me severe stress, and also caused stress for their users who rent their vehicles. I will fight this company every single day until I receive the money stolen. If you need a reliable rental, please use another means of renting and do not trust OuiCar. It will save you money and stress.

Has no language selection Doesn’t have a big variety of cars, especially larger 7 seater cars A few fake listings are out there, Ouicar should detect and eliminate them.

I reserved and paid for a car but OuiCar cancelled my reservation when I arrived to pick up the car and will not reimburse me. This app is a complete scam. They want to take your money. Do not use

I would strongly recommend NOT using these crooks. We rented a car through the app, and then traveled to meet the guy that was going to rent the car to us. Once we met him, he decided he did not want to rent the car to us to us because he didn’t like the ‘look’ of my American and international drivers license. He was able to cancel the reservation by calling OuiCar. I came to find out a week later that OuiCar reimbursed just a fraction of the several hundred dollars I paid them. So we didn’t actually end up using the service, and they STILL took several hundred dollars and would not refund it. I called and emailed several times to request they return my funds - and yet the wouldn’t. They claimed they had a right to keep the funds, even though we never cancelled the reservation but the car owner did. What a terrible way of doing business. I will make sure to never use Ouicar again and will dissuade anyone I know to stay away from these crooks.

Cool app but it won't let me book another car a few hours after I drop one off, because both happen on the same day and I get an error message. I contacted support and never got a response.

Rien à redire sur la politique de OuiCar.

Pas possible de joindre les support en temps et en heure. Pas possible de louer sans permis français.

I wasn’t able to rent anything as I could not proceed to add a payment method into the app. I contacted the support, got a response asking me more details. I answered and since then nothing. The whole user experience is overall pretty bad with lots of places in the app where you have to scratch your head to discover what you are supposed to do. This is disappointing as there are some good things there.

J’étais un propriétaire plutôt satisfait jusqu’à ce que ma locataire ait un petit accrochage. Apparemment c’est normal pour leur service client en dessous de tout que s’ils n’arrivent pas à prélever la locataire du montant de la location que ce soit moi qui supporte le coût... Donc il suffit que la locataire n’approvisionne pas le compte lié au moyen de paiement qu’elle a renseigné sur l’app et je ne verrai jamais la somme. Où est Axa qui est censé protéger le véhicule et donc le propriétaire lors de la location...? Lisez bien les CGU avant de mettre à disposition votre véhicule sur l’app.
