Unable to verify my account using app, taking too long to load the app and once try to verify account, again it takes long time to process and through error “request timeout “. Looks no one looking after this app and it’s state level service app.

Hi Nadra, I made my Nadra account using a Gmail email address since it didn’t recognise my Outlook email address. Is there an option to change the email once an account has been created? I don’t use Gmail and want future correspondence to be sent to my Outlook. This is my only critique otherwise the app is useful.

Unable to proceed after login, always show a blank white screen

It’s a shame that even in this technological Era we have such a poor applicant for national and international applicants.

The application crashes a lot with issue of finger prints

Using iphone 15 pro max but when the app is accessed the camera it is unable to focus the camera resulting in failure for finger print scan function.

Great app, everytime I try to do something on it, I am reminded once again why I choose to leave the country. Thank you for making me remember punjabi galiyan that I otherwise would have forgotten.

This is the worst app. You can’t scan finger prints. I have used many apps for different visa but that’s the only app doesn’t work. Terrible

Worst app, worst user experience. Finger print feature is useless in iphone. Service down most of the time or showing errors. Useless app.
