I tried multiple times to capture & upload photo to verify the account. Now the option to verify is gone from the app. Not sure a feature or a bug. I am basically unable to do anything using the app

Most useless app. Nothing works

Nothing works. I started an application from the website and had had to upload fingerprints via App. Upon multiple logins, i could not see my application at all. Tried to search but nothing.

I need to verify my account and the finger print scan is not working!! At least provide a plan B for the users! Now I don’t know what to do and I really need to apply for my POC!

I dont want to give even one star .the first thing in everywhere you do everything first and then you make payments but here because it’s Pakistan so you have pay first and when you make all payments the app not worknig Most useless app i ever seen in my life and the last you cant ask refund because there’s no option 🙏

I can't believe they can't make a good single official app. Fingerprints cannot be detected in this app. How do I verify my account and apply for an ID card? I hate how far Pakistanis are from other countries. You are all robbers out to get more money from us. I hope you unfaithful people burn in hell

I've never had such a poorly programmed app. You can try to upload your picture 500 times and it won't be accepted, which means the biometric verification comes to an end. This app is a reflection of this country

Not able to verify. Verification process is totally broken. Now I can’t apply for POC. Please hire quality developers that can at least test the app before releasing a feature.
