It is basically a waste of time as app is never able to capture the fingerprints so you cannot apply for any certificate. Bin in and move back to online verification system

I made three ID cards two years ago today, but this time I was very disappointed with NADRA's services. There were a lot of problems with sign-in. I have complained to NADRA many times, but there was no guidance and my process got stuck at the end.

The App asked for an update. Even after updating still the shows the same message to update. After several attempts I deleted the app and now reinstalling it.

The most useless (ghatiya) scanner detector installed for biometric verification. Tools hours for a single verification still got no luck! Please update the app

I am applying for my wife's renewal NIC all the steps are going well. I am getting “ An error occurred while processing your request. Please try again later. Why does this error not come when you need money??? No friendly error messages as a user how would I know that? It's probably the server error improve the servers.

Pathetic biometric system

Trash app, too many errors. I was applying for FRC and even though my family linkage was updated, it kept showing me errors and didnt verify my family members

I put all the information and paid fee for frc and i am on final step and app isn’t working. I am unable to open the application so that i can upload my prints and get my frc. Recommendations: Kindly hire someone how is really expert in app development not someone cheap and unprofessional that you have right now. 🤛🤛🤛🤛🤛

First i had to struggle with my biometric verification for more than 2 hours. Then finally this app accepted my biometric. And then I decided to apply for my CNIC through this ever worst app. And when i started the process, this app asked me for the upfront payment, and I paid the processing fee with my debit card. And now literally for 2 days I’m trying to complete my application but this **** app gives error “Service request timeout”. I’ve tried to connect with other networks as well but this **** app is not getting through. And moreover, the tracking website says the application is not completed from my end. Is this a joke? Or are you guys scamming the people????? If you are not capable of making a working app then are you taking processing fee upfront????? Give me my money back or resolve the issue or else I am going to the court against Nadra. 😡😡😡

Faced system time out error after I paid for the application. I just had to get my FRC, unfortunately, after paying I was asked to conduct Bio verification, after downloading the app I was unable to access my application due to the error “ An error occurred while processing your request. Please try again later.”
