Preply: Language Lessons

I like this app. Would be great if you could add a feature that allows to synchronize lessons schedule with my own calendar

It’s such an amazing program, that help me learn and expands the knowledge from any edges of the world

I am sorry but why do you continue to keep automatic refill setting ON? I just visited my profile settings and turned it off for my new teacher. When one finds a new teacher, they experience this platform greedy strategy. This is a sneaky and “user-disoriented” experience. Please note my feedback and provide it to those concerned. This is not the first, and not even the second time I experience issues with automatic refills. Previous issues led to situations when I lost money on payment providers fees that you could not compensate for (after reimbursement of the actual hours paid). My problem is that my account locked to the company I work at, otherwise I’d leave the platform immediately and would negotiated lessons with my teacher using different means of communication.

Как только дело доходит до отпуска репетитора, то надо придумывать какие то махинации, чтобы занятия не сгорели. В зависимости от фазы луны, лагает, то видео-связь, то чат в котором легко пропустить сообщение, либо может нарушиться очередность сообщений. Встроеные темы и занятия подходят для начального уровня, но с B1 они не представляют интереса, нет проработанности и в результате толку толку от них. Поэтому рекомендую эту платформу для поиска репетитора, а далее Google meet и Miro могут покрыть все потребности в частном порядке

I paid for 8 lessons, they charged my account twice, i didn’t said something because i was thinking that i will do the lessons next month, the tutor mentioned nothing, next month comes, they charged my account again, they did a subscription without asking me, they kept my bank details and they charged my account for another 8 lessons, since yesterday i am trying to communicate with them and they only giving me automated responses, this is so shame, they said that the lessons from the last month since they haven’t been used are lost!!! And not only that, the time i had with the tutor, the one hour , every time he was joining late, wasting time speaking about his personal staff, avoiding to teach me grammar, giving me only vocabulary and his only concern was to confirm that i did the lesson every single time, and every single time was saying “because i will not get paid”, he didn’t even told me that i have to do all the 16 lessons that i paid for in the month!!!!!!Duo lingo is a way much more cheaper and much more efficient!! Instead of paying this guys to rip you off is better to find a tutor in person!! They are useless and when you need them they are just hiding!!! Zero!!Zero!!!!Zero!!!!

They have most horrible support team I’ve ever seen. The application doesn’t work well and has a lot of bugs.

Platform is terrible, absolutely opaque and full of bugs.

But I can’t stand the notifications. And I cannot change their behaviour.

So very woth the time and money!! Would give 6 stars!
