Good until overcharge
I’ve been using Preply for some years and recently I found they charge course fees in a dishonest manner. It shows the USD amount and local currency amount before payment, however deducted a different and much higher amount from my credit card. Helpdesk is not helpful.
Bianca is an excellent teacher !

Great platform with amazing teachers. The technical side also has improved a lot over the past few years with less incidents of frozen screen and mute suddenly.
不好用！無法退款
是看中哪位導師后先付款後上課的，但没有退款或換導師的按鈕。我的慘痛經歷有二： 1）導師可在開課前三分鐘取消已預約的課堂而學生無法退回現金。 2） 導師没進教室，亦無從選擇退款或換另一節課。 不敢再約試其他導師了。

The CS is poorest that I have ever met. Always bot bot bot. No customer service agent to help you to solve your issue. They just copy and repeat the scripts.

The app started crashing today everytime when I open. I uninstalled and installed again but it remain unsolved . Please fix.
