This app always seems to find a way to recharge my credit card rather than transfer credits. Due to its tricky set-up, I have 5 lessons in balance that I can’t seem to actually use. Customer help is automated so it’s very hard to get any help!

Unlike the website, this app lacks of crucial features that the website has. Recently, I’ve been being harassed by scammers and I can’t even block them on the app!

I think it’s necessary for Preply teacher to be able to schedule off time via app!

Preply didn’t return back the payment when they did something wrong.

vert bad service terrible

The iPod version of Preply is a waste of space. Many features are missing. It seems not possible to access the whiteboard during a lesson. You would think they would test this sort of thing prior to release eh?

how do I have a video lesson? There is not even a button that I can click which would lead to the video call. Fix this please!
