Useless until they do something about it. Wish i couldn’t refund it, but it’s been months.

This app is so disappointing, i never use it because it’s so hard to use. The buttons are all hidden and there’s no clear specific place where all the buttons are, i always have to look everywhere just to find one feature, like split, or the gestures which are for some reason so hard to remember. This app needs to do a whole redo because the interface is way too confusing and almost plays hide and seek with the artist, and it makes everything slow and i need to watch like 100 tutorials to just learn how to group frames so i can edit all of them at once, which only works when you merge them mind you. When i try to upload an image it lasts for way too many frames instead of 1, which i find unnecessary. I can’t upload videos either and the app crashes way to often. I paid real money for this and it’s literally.. just bad. Please fix these issues and REDO THE INTERFACE! It’s too bad it doesn’t work, and everyone i’ve talked to also thinks so. I love the potential this app has but please please listen to your clients. Thank you. For now i don’t recommend this app for people who like simplicity and want to actually finish an animation at a normal pace.

Please please please add the selection + transform & liquify tools found in good old Procreate! This software is the dream of any traditional animator, I waited so long for it. I'm on an iPad 9, it crashes less often since the last update but it still crashes and sometimes freezes But thank God it autosaves every brush stroke. Hope you find a fix in your code to repair this, so it won't interrupt the Flow for the Animator anymore. But again, amazing software, software of my Dreams!!! Update- are you still working on updates? I hope you are :D

Hello developers I want to begin by saying that you guys did an amazing job on the app and it is amazing to see how much work you guys have put into this. I know you guys have probably already working on some new features however, I want to list some of them that I think could make the experience much more enjoyable. 1. The Undo button it’s sometimes untrustworthy because you can never know if it’s going to undo a lot of things or just one thing. For example: I did the small mistake and didn’t do a line correctly and when I tried to undo instead it deleted almost half of my progress instead of just one thing. by fixing this glitch or problem, I think it will help a lot when working on the app. it will be nice if there is a clear undo button, then just tapping with both fingers, but that’s my opinion. 2. Guys we need a lasso tool! :’) I know probably this is something that a lot of people talked about but this tool is really needed and I know you guys know this because it’s really frustrating after a while to not be able to just select one thing that you want have to redo it over and over by hand. 3. Another problem that I had was that I wasn’t able to make a new layer when one track of the animation was edited with the tool or just the move-in scale tool. I don’t understand why you cannot make a new layer on the track just because it’s edited with the rep tool but if this can be added or edited, this will be really nice. 4. It wouldn’t be nice to have a future where you can lock a layer and also the multiply layer and the other filters to work properly like Procreate does because it’s very weird how the filter is working because it doesn’t do what is supposed to do. Overall, a great app that you can animate on your iPad and its truly an amazing job that you guys did. 🌟✨

Pixelated brushes, works really weird and it isnt any better than the animate function on procreate

Do you think that you can animate old projects from Procreate in Procreare Dreams? If you do not want to start the project from the start, you are extremely far from the truth. You can only see the layers or the photos as references but can’t be used. I will try to see if I can do something else with the app at this point since there quite a few options in itself. I am curious why this option was not implemented since in my opinion it would be only natural to have this kind of option when we have an app developed by the same concept. Update: tried with the suggestion from the developer, even ensuring the format preferences, still not work.

look, the app is not where it needs to be yet, but it's being worked on and i trust the developers to add much needed functionality with new updates. even now, though, it's one of the best animation apps for flipbook animation, the design is a dream come true as far as it being intuitive goes, it's allowed me to animate simple things almost out of the box with very limited knowledge of other animation software. it's great for beginners and with time, i'm sure it will be good for professional animation too. it's not yet a replacement for stuff like adobe animate, but with time it might get there. for now, i love how easy it is to transfer workflow from procreate and see some of my older art brought to life. i've used it to quickly see how some pixel animation would look after exporting the keyframes from procreate and i've had a lot of fun with the flipbook (which i think is honestly genius). i know some people would've preffered it if it had more features on release, but seeing as it is a pay-once-own-forever program, it's not like procreate is putting out a bad product and taking your money every month on an unfinished program. ppl who aren't sure about it can wait to buy it, or you can buy it now and not worry about it ever again, and the updates will come no matter what, which is why putting it out "unfinished" isn't the great crime it would be for something like... adobe software for example. i'm very optimistic about where the app is going and i think it's best suited for someone just getting into animation, who will absolutely love the flipbook and the intuitive timeline. there are free programs that do the same thing more or less, but this is the best experience i've had with any of them. it's not a must-buy yet, but i don't regret my purchase either. it has made animation way more accessible for me and way less scary, and the fact that you can import projects from procreate with a simple drag-and-drop makes it much less intimidating and eliminates that fear and dread of the empty page.

It keeps freezing when i exit the project

I just bought the app and I am already disappointed with it. It kicks me out of the app and won’t let me save any of my work and keeps getting frozen. Please fix it as soon as possible!!!
