Usei apenas uma semana e acho que nem usei direito mas consegui reduzir muito o consumo de bebidas alcoólicas. Reduzi de beber de 3 à 4 vezes por semana para apenas 1 por semana só porque ainda não consegui deixar de beber socialmente

I am amazed how well thought and scientifically accurate Reframe app is. It guides you with precious information about motivation, impact of alcohol consumption and benefits of withdrawal or cut-back. I feel very well supported by Reframe to really achieve control over alcohol.

Os artigos são ótimos, as reuniões no zoom realmente nos conecta. Bem diferente de AA , não tem nada ligado a religião e sim a neurociência. Super indico para quem quer diminuir a bebida ou definitivamente parar de beber.
