Game changer
This app really helped me learn how to understand and tackle my relationship with alcohol. Interesting bite sized daily lessons and helpful inspirations and tasks.
Excellent program for recovery
This app has excellent resources, a thriving community and is wonderfully motivational. It’s thriving community are supportive and responsive helping take time to celebrate achievements and work through difficulties together. It’s science based daily tasks are well written, eye opening and interesting. Best self help app on the market.
Don’t pay for help that’s free elsewhere
I kept getting ads for this so gave it a try, spent a few mins filling out a survey before getting hit with a subscription cost (of course) after a meagre 7 day free trial. Realised I don’t need to pay a monthly fee to reduce my drinking, I can do that all by myself, for free, with self-discipline and support from friends and family. If you have a serious drinking problem that you can’t fix yourself, there’s free help available on the NHS or other professional support groups. Don’t get suckered in to yet another subscription service even if you are saving money by not drinking.

Lovely app and community within it. Really like the daily tasks and meetings. It works for me :)
Ripped me off
Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Signed up for a monthly 8.99 when I was in a desperate situation looking for anything to help, when I went to cancel this I realised I had been moved on to an annual subscription and charged over £100 for the year. I could not claim a refund. From then on notifications became incessant presumably due to me not using the app. Waste of money
