This app has been a real eye opener. Learning about why we drink and the effects on our bodies, has really helped me stay away from alcohol The forum is great. Reading thoughts and feelings from like minded people is humbling Having daily activities to focus my mind has been brilliant. I time it so that I complete these activities in the evening when I would ordinarily have a glass of wine

Why can’t any of these apps just be upfront straight off about the charges? That way you don’t spend 5/10 mins inputting the information you’re asked for to find out you can’t or won’t pay that fee

I subscribed to this, but it wasn’t for me. I unsubscribed via my apple account a long while ago, but I have just been charged £79. They tell me they can’t unsubscribe from their end so there is basically nothing they can do. So I just continue to be fleeced by them continually. Giving them money for nothing. Do NOT subscribe.

I think this app is really helping me stay consistent with my intention to cut back on drinking and it has so many wonderful resources including memes, a diary, forums, talks that are live the ai features. Just love it

This is a good tool to monitor your drinking. No AA finger wagging and some interesting articles that add scientific background to the effects alcohol has on your body. Tracking health effects would be a nice feature to add and the notifications are not in sync with tasks completed in the app. Otherwise no complaints

Initially this was really good, with its help I managed to cut out alcohol for 12 days. The problem is that it doesn’t help if you have a relapse, the app just carries on like nothings happened and offers no help to get back on track. I was very hopeful but was left feeling disappointed.

The app in itself is not bad and some of the material is helpful. Unfortunately it’s incredibly unresponsive and freezes on a daily basis. I paid for a year up front and I’m really not getting value for money.

This app is incredibly useful for anyone who is looking to explore their relationship with alcohol and want to cut down or quit completely. You soon learn that alcohol is a highly addictive substance and how it affects your brain and body, it totally makes sense of how so many of us can develop an unhealthy habit. The community on here is so supportive and you can chat anonymously about any worries or wins you’re experiencing with people from all over the world who understand exactly what you’re going through. There are lots of different features and the journey becomes about what you can add to your life rather than what you’re giving up. I thoroughly enjoy my morning coffee and Reframe read as a positive way to start the day and I often share the motivational quotes with my husband and close friends to spread the love!
