-Check-In:
Royal Jordanian wants what’s convenient for you. This app has been designed for you to save time at the airport by checking in online, selecting your seat on the spot and getting your e-boarding pass through email and SMS.
-Flight Status and Schedule:
Plan for your next trip and search for RJ flights through our flight schedule, available for both round-trip and one-way flights. You can also track RJ flights through our flight status feature.
-Royal Club:
If you are a frequent flyer member, you can the option of accessing your Royal Club account on the go, or become a member for free!

GREAT AIRLINE, Staff are friendly ,Smooth takeoff and landing as well. A little shaking because of turbulence, but everything under control, my Childs was laughing.

Australia missing

1 Cannot use notifications etc as cannot select Australia for a country as missing or even type in +61 for an Australian mobile. For my set up I could select Austria and +64 though??? So how do you contact us for late flights etc.? 2 Checking in required constant re entry of FF numbers when checking in for next flight as number would disappear between flights. Please fix

The worst app ever

This is by far one of worst apps I came a cross.

Worst app EVER!

The worst app ever! Can’t log in anything, book tickets, or log in to Royal club! Complete disaster and if you want to call customer support IT’S A JORDANIAN NUMBER! It shows a pop up msg saying “wrong format”. You can’t log in to anything, even though i used the same credentials on the web and they worked. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON IT!

Payment error and hard to navigate

I have decided to book with another airline because the payment interference is awful unfortunately it keeps giving me error every time.

Wont log in

It keep giving me error message, User session expired and it wont let me in!!

Won’t let me login or change seats

It’s impossible to login in this app. All my information is correct but I keep getting a pop-up message that simply Says “OK.“ The app won’t let you register for their loyalty program, you must do that on the web. In addition, you cannot change seats via the app as you can do with ALL other airline apps. Ugh. I’m terrified to see what this app is like once my flight finally arrives. Just terrible.

Worst Airline ever as soon you pay your done so f annoying customer service!!! Their prices is ridiculous no service
