Doesn’t work anymore
Start app. Demands update. Refuses to update. Remove and reinstall. Doesn’t recognize password. Reset password. Doesn’t recognize the new password. No more SAS app for me.
Unresponsive
I have several issues with the app. Things won’t load properly, and often when I press a button to perform an action the app will not respond.
Great new app design
I love the new app design! It was long due. One small problem only; my iPhone is on lockdown mode and I was not able to process a payment in the app for food during my flight.
Worthless
Wat a terrible piece of s… First you HAVE to sign up for their bonus program, entering all your personal information, in order to even use the app. Then I want to add my booking (to get my boarding pass on my phone) so I enter name and bookref. Apparently it can’t find my booking. Great. So now how do I get the boarding pass? Wat a bad start: SAS, you have to do better than this.
The customer is subject to the airlines failures
My flight was cancelled and I was sent to a bus to take my flight from a different airport. We are standing in the cold for hours now waiting but the bus doesn’t arrive and we have zero clue when it will come. I want to get a full refund but it’s not an option. Customer service is only available by phone but no one replies. Airlines need to stop holding people accountable for their poor management and working conditions of their staff. Next time it’s the bus for me!
Kan inte boka flyg
När jag vill boka flyg från Amsterdam till Stockholm appen säger “ something failed on our side” när jag prova boka från website då funkar det.
Zeer beperkt!
Sas communiceert liever niet met klanten en dat blijkt dan ook uit de app. Je kunt geen belangrijke gegevens aanpassen. Updates over je reis worden niet tot slecht gecommuniceerd en uiteindelijk stoppen ze gewoon alle communicatie terwijl de reis niet is afgehandeld!
Poor user experience
Really poor user experience. Was not able to check in via the app (infinite loader) and had to delete the app to be able to check in online (where I didn’t find any ”download boarding pass/add to your wallet” option). After you’ve done the check in, the app works fine and you can download the boarding pass from there.
