App, webpages do NOT work at all! Waste of my time! I have been a loyal Global subscriber for so many years, now it takes forever to check out…..Even so, I can not go to the check out page…..

Way too slow, especially to view the Wish list and Bag. I mean, so slow that I can’t even use these functions at all. The developer seems to be working on the product page, but the issues are not there.

もう愛用して4年目、年50回以上はこちらから買っていましたが、今回のバージョンアップからかなり使いにくくなり、購入の際も今まではSelfridges plus に加入すれば幾らでも送料tax が更に加わる事はなかったのに、送料は5000円以上の購入、そうなるとtaxもがっつり付き、折角の買い物が楽しくなくなりました。 そろそろ潮時かなぁ。残念。

カートに入ってる物が買えない上に 訳のわからない本人確認画面から入力してるのに先に進まないし 何度も有料会員になってるのにしばらくしたら買えない事件… そしてログイン出来なくなってまた会員登録して更にお金を払うって感じで詐欺感がして腹立つ！ 改善して下さい

I was going to buy a YSL lip but the import duty was ridiculously high. The lip itself only cost about ¥3000 and the tax was ¥5000. I’m pretty sure tax can’t be more expensive than the product itself.

Selfridge charged pre-collected import duties for every transactions, but never applied an honest customs declaration. It is a shame for a Global e-commerce! I don’t know if the problem lies in DPEX (an express in Taiwan work for Selfridges) or selfridge itself. It’s unfair that consumers have to pay the illegal price for their dishonesty!

見やすくて使いやすいのはとても良いのですが、お気に入りのハートマークをつけてもお気に入りに追加されなかったり、全てのお気に入りが急に消えてしまったりするので気になるものをまとめておくことができず困っています。
