My acc has gone!!! App has a super big trouble!

Selfridges app’s constant crashes and bugs in filtering, sorting, and adding wishlist items have been a shopping crave repeller for me. There were countless times I got so annoyed to the level that I just quit that shopping or switched to another retailer. Selfridges should really look into how to get the app IT maintenance right.

I love shopping in the app but it crashes all the time when I open the app for 5 seconds. Also it doesn’t allow me to delete items from wish list and my old address from the address book😅

Selfridges服務很糟糕！ 整張訂單送錯貨，聯絡客服處理錯誤貨品送回，還附了一張紙說明原因。結果，Selfridges收到退回貨品後，居然拒絕退款。聯絡客服推託老半天，說是倉儲的問題，也沒有要幫忙調查處理。Selfridges出錯要消費者買單，太過分了 Selfridges service is terrible! The entire order was sent to the wrong items. I contacted the customer service to process the return of wrong items and attached a paper in the box to explain the return reason. As a result, Selfridges refused to refund after receiving the returned goods. I contacted the customer service who and dodged for a long time and said that it was a warehouse problem. Selfridges didn't investigate and deal with issue till now. Selfridges made a mistake and asked consumers to bear the cost of mistake. Very disappointed.

Having multiple times adding an item with selected feature in shopping bag but it turned into a different configuration when checking out. After trying to update the shopping bag with the correct config that I need, the item disappeared from the bag... Totally ruin my desire of shopping on Selfridges

Can’t delete address on address book normally.

Very ungeniune of the brand to sneakily raise their price. I couldn’t add items to my cart for a few days and then today Global+ and makeup items prices are raised.

Unable to login to purchase item PLEASE FIX IT!!!!!!

recently the app will log out my account and hard to log in! i have to wait for a long time, even the products that i put in my wishing bag have gone😭 Can the engineers try to fix it? I feel really annoyed and don’t want to use it😥
