Trying to scroll loads to a certain point and then freezes. Have to come out of page and start again
Have been using this app for years. Experiencing a current issue whereby added items added to the shopping bag disappear as soon as I click on “Bag”. Very frustrating and means I am unable to make purchases.
iPad mini not compatible version. Slow downloads of items. Often glitches present. Using the app feels like the first app technology. Tragic.
I love Selfridges, this is some constructive feedback. The app is very slow, very glitchy and not very intuitive. I would love for Selfridges to invest some time and money into the developers of this app to make it more of a snappy easy interface to use. Lots of loading and bugs. Removing things from a wish list takes forever, and there’s a limited number of items you can have on a wish list. Again, love Selfridges, the app just needs a polish
Very bad app and worse costumer service that will do anything but help. Still did not receive my refund on my first order that I canceled 14 days ago. And today I was supposed to get another order delivered and I still did not receive it yet. I spoke to costumer service online and on the phone both claiming different situation and giving different info. Feels like they do not know what they are doing. I was treated with unprofessionalism , first guy tells me that he can’t do anything to help and hang up and the second said that you will receive it max by tomorrow. Then I spoke to costumer service live chat, he answered me with : sorry sir, it’s gonna come in 2 days and if you’re not happy we can issue a full refund. out of anger I call costumer service again and after arguing for minutes , this new team member said: who said that ? This is. Not true , let me check it and I’ll send you the details by email , it’s been an hour and I still didn’t get any update. I specifically made the order to be delivered on this specific day and I made the order online to save time. The order did get on time and my time was not saved , I could just went and have got it by myself as simple as that.
There sadly appears to not be a lot of products for the perimenopause and menopause on sale.
Apps awful and won’t load half the time.
The app has loads of bugs that until now are not fixed. Tsk
Can’t add anything to the basket on mine and wife’s iPhone so it has become a pointless app.
