More than 5 days now, still waiting for response by email. The web doesn’t allow single quotation mark in address details.

I bought global post paid yearly fee. But now only eight months. Suddenly They changed policy. Charged the tax every time we ordered. One jumpsuit price is £113. Then They charged £45 extra. So regret to use it and paid yearly fee.

The worst shopping app I have ever experienced. Always getting trouble to access the shopping bag. It takes very long time to open the wishlist no matter under what internet circumstance. I mean I am very appreciated your wide range brands option and comparable prices but such a disaster app extremely annoys.

Hi, personally really can’t use the app, trying to add in basket but waiting time for each button pressed so long, eventually appeared an message that “an error has occurred”. I should’ve still use the browser…

Trying to scroll loads to a certain point and then freezes. Have to come out of page and start again

Have been using this app for years. Experiencing a current issue whereby added items added to the shopping bag disappear as soon as I click on “Bag”. Very frustrating and means I am unable to make purchases.

I love Selfridges, this is some constructive feedback. The app is very slow, very glitchy and not very intuitive. I would love for Selfridges to invest some time and money into the developers of this app to make it more of a snappy easy interface to use. Lots of loading and bugs. Removing things from a wish list takes forever, and there’s a limited number of items you can have on a wish list. Again, love Selfridges, the app just needs a polish

It’s such a pity a brand like Selfridges has such a useless app. Extremely slow, keeps crashing and wishlist is so difficult and slow to navigate. It’s been like that since forever so i dont expect any miracles from the developers..
