Not one for reviews but been using Sensibo and the app..intuitive and easy to use..not failed me once..very impressed

Bought an Air Pro as a trial with the intent to buy a dozen more if it worked. Device wouldn’t even connect to WiFi. I raised a support ticket but no response to date. All I received was five marketing emails and a survey. I will wait another week and then return for a refund.

I love this app! It’s devices make life easy especially if you have young kids who may not understand how to operate AC. Thanks for this creation!

No longer falling asleep with air con and thinking I am sleeping on an iceberg… programming time, temp fan speed etc. all at once to come on and go off as required

I bought two Sensibo units to control Mitsubishi Air Conditioning at two different locations. What a waste of time that is 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ I tried different remote types, different settings, different angles, different distances. It simply does not work. I give up…

The basic features work fairly well, although the remote detection is a bit flaky and it's clunky to get some remotes to be added manually - it's not an easy process to flick and try different choices. And some might work only to a degree, and others don't provide all functionality (eg swing). Support is nearly non-existent though. Wouldn't recommend the subscription despite the useful functionality - how can you have a prolonged loss of service with an auto-renew subscription? This then disables all pre-existing schedules.

So easy to use and can set up routines and climate control. Everything you need is there

I purchased one of their Sky Devices as the Daikin wifi app was useless and not compatible with my wifi. I decided to test one of these Sensibo Sky devices and app before getting rid of my Daikin plugin wifi kit. Boy I’m glad I did! Not only did I save money from sending the Daikin wifi units back but the Sensibo app is soo much better and offers a lot more options to turn on and schedule for hot or cool air from my heat pump. Can control it when away from home and can get Alexa to switch on and change temperature. Sensibo’s customer service is very good too. I wanted to add some functionality that I have on my normal IR controller. I reached out to Sensibo customer service and they added it for me. Awesome aye! Would certainly recommend the device and app. Will get a 2nd for my other Daikin heat pump. (P.S. Both my Daikin units are great too, it’s just that their wifi units and app are sadly rubbish. So if I were you don’t bother paying extra for any wifi add-on for your AC / Heat Pump. Save the money and get yourself a Sensibo device to control your unit. 👍)
