I had a very unpleasant experience with Sharaf DG’s online portal. They advertised an attractive discount, which prompted me to place an order. However, shortly after making the purchase, they canceled the order without providing any clear justification. It seems like these promotions are solely for advertising purposes, as they fail to honor them when a customer genuinely makes a purchase. To make matters worse, the money I paid was held up, adding unnecessary inconvenience. When I tried reaching out to their customer support for assistance, I found their service to be utterly useless. They didn’t offer any solutions or show any concern for the customer’s plight. It’s clear that Sharaf DG does not value its customers. I would strongly advise against trusting their promotions or relying on their customer support. Such practices damage customer trust and reflect poorly on their brand.

I order online, they send me wrong product, very misleading and confusing product description on their website, the worst part is they refused to take back the product at ist while it was not even open

Old models with defects in use and very poor service. Delay in response and you cannot return. I really regret dealing with Sharaf DG.

I ordered two products through the Sharaf DG app on 5th November 2024, and chose the option to pay an additional 15 AED per product for next-day delivery (6th November 2024), as the items were urgent. However, despite multiple assurances from customer service that I would receive my order on time, I did not receive it by midnight on the promised day. I called and messaged their customer service multiple times through WhatsApp and phone calls, but each agent gave me different information—none of them knew who was handling my delivery or had any contact details for the courier team. Every time I called, I was told a different time frame and story. No one seemed to have a clue about the status of my order. This is not just frustrating, but completely unacceptable. I paid extra for a service that was not delivered, and I am now requesting a refund of the expedited delivery charges (30 AED), as I did not receive my products on the promised date. Sharaf DG, your customer service is a joke—lack of communication, no accountability, and no clear answers. I will never order from you again and strongly advise others to avoid this company if you value your time and money.
