User friendly design and easy
Delivery timeline not accurate
Placed order for Siemens electric cooker and the app still shows delivery by 6oct after multiple follow ups still not delivered and being communicated it will be delivered today since last two days.
Pathetic service
They are displaying there offer on application and once order is placed after 2 days they are saying we need to cancel order due to technical error And now they are not even helping with refund
Worst shopping
Most of the items price are quite high than any store in UAE, I don’t know for what they charge extra? Because customer service also not good. And worst part is if you add any items to your cart they are disturbing you by call and ask why not purchase the item?
