Apps all around the world update for a better version but they have downgraded. No option to add items on wishlist. Very slow app loading.

There is nowhere to write city in address section. Even I wrote whole adress by filling all sections, system still doesn’t allow me to save address and asks city. Terrible application. I think nobody uses it, that’s why nobody aware of the problem.

Guys, don’t believe that they they have immediate delivery if u opted for store pick up, I placed the order cause of the immediate delivery, when i called them they told me the item is not available and we have no stock, its been a day now and i am chasing them however its useless call center and whatsapp chat .

Very bad customer service and handling of the complaint. It was not professional. They sent a technician to deliver an electric cooker, and he installed it himself, even though Sharaf DG does not offer installation services. He installed it incorrectly, which caused the electricity breaker to go off in my apartment when I used the item. Thankfully, the socket did not burn, and nothing else happened to me. Sharaf DG hires uncertified people to install cookers, and the technician installed a plug without my permission.
