I made and order for xbox console and recharging batteries for joy stick When it arrived i found its not compatible with my XBOX X as it for XBox 1 So i requested a return and they asked for pic so i opened and sent the pic Now they are saying we will not return because you opened the box and its the same items you ordered !!!!
