Guys, don’t believe that they they have immediate delivery if u opted for store pick up, I placed the order cause of the immediate delivery, when i called them they told me the item is not available and we have no stock, its been a day now and i am chasing them however its useless call center and whatsapp chat .

Worst customer service ever

Customer service representatives not aware of terms and conditions and misleading with wrong information.

Very bad customer service and handling of the complaint. It was not professional. They sent a technician to deliver an electric cooker, and he installed it himself, even though Sharaf DG does not offer installation services. He installed it incorrectly, which caused the electricity breaker to go off in my apartment when I used the item. Thankfully, the socket did not burn, and nothing else happened to me. Sharaf DG hires uncertified people to install cookers, and the technician installed a plug without my permission.

U should change u r return policy from 7 days to 14 for mor

Unfortunately, Sharf DJ was choice for buying mobile.

They promised that the laptop is available before ordering and no stock for 2 days i was traveling and worst customers service

It says in the app if you order thru express delivery it will be delivered 24hrs. But in my case, the delivery would be in 2 days haha
