My experience with sony is not great so far, first a mont old wireless headphones delaminate the driver in the right headphone making a pair of 120€ headphones worthless but the afer i swapped out for different brand the sony connect would still keep it eq settings for any headphones i connect to, never buying this garbage again

settings get toggled randomly, volume gets set to zero out of the blue, app fails to connect to the headset frequently. I don’t understand how an application could be so bad.

Nothing more frustrating than unboxing your new XM5 headphones and the app keeps on crashing. SONY, please fix this issue with the XM5 headphones as the connectivity and app is nothing new.
Everytime I try to use it with my xm4’s it crashes. Haven’t been able to change settings on my headphones for a long time.
The app interface has become increasingly cluttered, my settings disappeared one day, the app takes 30 seconds to register that my device is connected to my headphones and on the first app launch after i connect my headphones the app does not even recommend them. I genuinely don’t understand how the software experience was perfect when i first bought my headphones and now it’s a headache. I’ve never used a product that started out perfectly and got significantly worse due to updates. I’m now genuinely considering bose headphones or apple headphones due to an increasingly horrible experience with Sony.
