Worst update cannot access to bluetooth with my sony xm5000 headphones

I can’t login, I have set up the account years ago and I can still log in just fine on the internet, yet somehow it says that my password is wrong or something something when I try to login, very annoyed right now :(

It's a well known problem, that the sony headphones are calling random people, and the only way is to turn off touch functionality instead of just making it possible to disable intelligent assistant or whatever you call it. There are tons of people with this problem ever since release of wx models and you still didn't fix it. Don't you care about your customers?

It switch off itself after I open the app a few second.

The app before can easily set up autoplay notifications for different app. Now this app cannot. A big disappointment. It is rather downgrade than upgrade.

The app icon now is so generic. Why you switch the headphone icon with a triangle and circle? So hard to find the app now on my phone
