I'm very, very happy with this app. So easy and so a good app. I want nothing else more. Have tried multiple app's, But these can not be tipped to Sortly.
I have stuff stored in sortly, but can't use it anymore because app crashes on start. I have iPhone 7 with iOS 10.1.1 since yesterday.
all this app is missing is a bar code reader - has helped me find boxes in storage with ease
Ik vind het een prima app. Makkelijk alles aan te passen én met foto's alles te bekijken. Ook fijn dat je alles weer kan verplaatsen naar een andere plek, zodat je slechts eenmaal je spullen moet invoeren en documenteren. Voldoende ruimte voor opmerkingen en, " last but not least", hele makkelijke zoekfunctie! (ook in de opmerkingenrubriek.) Nu na meerdere updates, weer beter! Vooral de foto locatie mogelijkheid is prima. Ook het nieuwe logo spreekt mij wel aan. Go on with the good work!
Should allow to look at what the app has before you take our info from us
Like many others will point out, this is a great app. Feature and functionality-wise it’s a great inventory management product. The problem lies in their short-sighted subscription pricing strategy. They price based on items inventoried rather than on transactions or turnover. This means that people who use the app for home inventory (large inventory but almost no transactions other than the initial capture) are charged more than businesses who have smaller inventories but lots of transactions/turnover. Since becoming a customer I’ve seen my monthly subscription increase more than 300%. Last year I appealed to their support organization and was given a “grandfathered” price but this year they are insisting I either cut my home inventory in half or pay an increase of $180/month for my 4,000 items. This is a ridiculous amount to pay for data storage and considering that the app functions largely the same regardless of whether I have 2,000 or 4,000 items it is a bitter pill to pay $2,160/year more for the benefit of not having to move to another platform. Needless to say, it’s time to look for another option…
After paying $119 monthly I was suddenly charged $5,376 today for a new enterprise subscription that I absolutely don’t need because I’m the only user. Turns out they were sending emails about this change which were marked by gmail as suspicious so I never got notifications about those drastic changes. So I was able to find them only purposely looking for them after I was charged this outrageous amount. You can’t do this without getting a direct authorization to charge such an outstanding amount. Reported transaction as unauthorized, leaving the app. For the extremely simple functionality even $119/month was TOO much and you developed absolutely nothing new in it for several to forcefully switch self employed hardworking business owners to 12 seats licenses without any request. GREED & INCOMPETENCE.
This app has been pretty cool so far, but there need to be some adjustments that are implemented. There are times where I’m subtracting quantity from line items and it would double, triple, or quadruple the line items I selected to update. They should also consider showing the most recent update that’s been made on a particular line item just in case these random jumps occur. If these things are fixed I believe this app would be top of the line.
My paid yearly subscription for 2023 was $468.00 which was a significant increase from 2022. Sortly just billed my account for 2024-2025 12 months service AT $1428.00. PRICE INCREASE OF $960. The I have contacted customer support in regards to this OVERPRICING of a service that has not improved my service warranting a price increase of this amount. If pricing cannot be justified I will have to look elsewhere. Sortly we know inflation has taken over the country but you don’t have to play into the game of increasing your pricing by $1,000 with NO JUSTIFICATION.
