High quality content
I’ve been learning languages on-and-off for a long time. I’m passionate about linguistics as a whole, and have spent a lot of time searching out the “best methods” when it comes to supplementing with apps. This is by far the best I’ve tried out of all the popular ones. That seems to be the general consensus among those who’ve also used it as well in the wider language learning community! I’m learning French at the moment and the hand picked 4000+ word stream has been amazing. So much better than the “top 1000 most common words!” lists and most of the popular decks on Anki, at least for non-Asian languages. I settled on the yearly subscription and have used it every day thus far, unlike most others. The grammatical breakdowns have been surprisingly useful considering that wasn’t what I started using the app for. Definitely recommend! My only suggestion would be a Dark Mode setting within the app and on the website.

It is a very nice app indeed, it teaches you common sentences, unlike another app I know 🦉. Really good app highly recommend. A language I would like to see is Danish. That’s a language i’d really like to learn same with some others. -great app.👍👍
Fraudulent billing!
Clicked to try the “free 7 day trial” and was immediately billed for 1 month. Of course they never responded when I wrote their support to complain about this. Beware.
Great app except one thing
On an iPhone 13 mini I am unable to view the full sentence in the multiple choice options. I have the latest version. This makes it impossible to actually use now since I can’t see what the choices are.
App has a few issues
App is glitchy and very slow at times which can be frustrating. I’m told technical team is working on it so I hope this improves soon.
An excellent language app
By far one of the most intuitive and useful language learning apps I’ve used. My Italiano is now conversational:) Grazie!
Would be good with premium
I can’t finish a lesson because every time a speaking practice comes up I can’t do anything because I need voice recognition which you need premium for. Other than that great, but hard to use without premium
I Love this App
This app is fantastic for learning a new language. It’s actually better than most language apps out there. There should be more languages added to this app but I understand that takes a lot of time and money. If you want to learn one of the languages on this app I highly recommend it it is worth the money.
