Star Trek Fleet Command

Although the game is buggy and a pay to win, it is overall a good game for casual people who need to do something in their free time. I would love it if Scopely had actually put some effort in fixing bugs and making it more playable for people who don't spend money on digital items. It is overall a good game, though.

Bugs bugs bugs and more bugs new update with new bugs and old bugs no point spending for a game that never works right

1. Game makes you keep paying otherwise you have no way of going forward, you can never reach anywhere in the game in your entire life time. 2. No realism. You attack an enemy ship of higher capability and you get your ship destroyed, interestingly the enemy ship never gets a scratch. It would or should take a little time for enemy ship to recover to full strength. (By not adding this feature it is clear the game developers only intention is to make you spend more money so you can upgrade your ship to fight enemy ship) 3. No realism. You cannot use two of your ship to attack one enemy ship which maybe of higher capability. All those who have seen Star Trek episodes, at times multiple ships join to attack a Klingon vessel as an example. That is not here in the game. 4. So ok you buy a Franklin the ship as it was on offer, but then you cannot use it until you go through so many upgrades and missions making you spend more. But at the offer, there is no warning about not being able to use until you go through so many things. 5. So if you download this game two things are gonna happen, either you will spend money to move forward in the game or you die of boredom after a while as nothing exciting happens as you are stuck in place. 6. The game developer have feature where they ask you feedbacks. I did provide above comments and that’s it, nothing in reply and nothing changed in the game as well. I wonder with these days COVID situation ( no work and destroyed future) which person will be so interested in a game that makes spend money but no real progress in the game.

Used to be fun, but the new business model is: create New Thing, sell Other Thing that will defeat New Thing and nothing else. Ignore all previous New Things. Repeat monthly. Non-PVP play was fun for a while but even if you do occasionally get New Thing, there’s little to no support for it after the first month that it’s on sale and it will just sit unused collecting space dust. Also, Do Not expect to compete in PVP unless you’re spending thousands of dollars. (That is NOT an exaggeration!)

I been playing this game for a while now. It’s a great time killer. You can play it as long as you like and there’s always something new to find. As with any game online there is bugs but they work hard to fix them fast as they can. So if you want a game that fun and sometimes enjoyable. It’s both free to play or pay to play. Then this is your game

Great game but the developer can’t seem to keep the game playable especially the new stuff they launch

Well being a treky most of my life I love this game. I have watched the movies old and new. Also the tv shows old and new. this game pays proper tribute to them all!!! GREAT GAME!!!

It’s fun games

Game was an amazing pay to progress game grounded in Star Trek fun. Now it’s a shameless cash grab that requires minimum of 100 dollars a month to keep up. Played for 4 years and dropped it like a bad habit now. The formula now is new ship, new building, loop/refinery on 3 month repeat cycle. And the Galaxy quest update required you to buy the ship to even experience the content of that arc. Scopely responded saying that the ship was completely optional to access the arc from August. That is a blatant lie. The new content was in zones that you could not be in without purchasing the ship. They sold the developer saying you could play the content without spending money at release is a lie and deceptive marketing. Checked back 8 months since original review. And still stand by review. Do not buy. Do not download do not play this game.

I think it’s hilarious that Scopely has been sued so many times for how they have handled these games and their ads that they are now limited to only showing how boring this game actually is. Pointless, repetitive, and designed to make you pay in so more powerful players clean you out. Avoid like the plague.
