It’s very good, but I’d like it to beep every 5 seconds. Or say 5 10 15 etc. but my old body needs these movements and it’s a good guide.
Easy to use.
Good easy stretching exercise with only a five minute daily commitment.
As I get older, exercising becomes more of a challenge. Bend allows me to work on my flexibility which keeps my heart pumping and decreases my chance of serious injury should I fall. It is a great tool to help keep me moving.
I got this app to help my daily stretching routine. It’s not a good app for beginners, you have to click a small icon to get info on how to do a stretch if you’re unfamiliar. The timer countdown is too low and it would be helpful if there was an audio cue saying what the next stretch is.

Bend has helped me improve my posture and be rid of neck pain! It definitely feels expensive but worth it IMO for the easy interface, exactly what I wanted
I’ve already noticed progress in my flexibility, and this is the first time I’ve been able to get into an actual routine of stretching. It’s motivating with the notifications and streak/stretch meter thing, and I like making my own custom routine for my goals. It would be nice if there were more stretches to choose from since I could think of at least one stretch not available in the app. The aesthetic makes it a lot more enjoyable too.
So easy to use this app and with lengths ranging 5-30 minutes (or longer) makes it easy to get stretching in at least once per day if not several times per day. Even doing 5 minutes after waking up and 5 minutes before bed, has really made a difference for me. my body feels better and I sleep better. (Love the 15 minutes sleepy time routine!)
