I love the stretches, the timers, the notifications to remind you to stretch, the preset stretches that can target certain areas, especially for tech neck and poor posture, 10/10, i also love making my own stretching routines. Perfect perfect app so worth it, doesn’t make me feel pressured or annoyed like some other apps (duolingo)

I had severe back pain and sciatica from my 4 pregnancies and struggled to take medication. I also had a shoulder injury from a car accident since doing the morning stretch I have noticed significant improvement and recommend this to anyone well enough to do it !

Using this app for over 6months and honestly you can see and feel the results, I remember how I started it seemed impossible to do some poses , there’s a lot of strength needed. At the moment I can do half of the expert strength exercise and the full body I can do easily. All other exercises I can do. It might take me two more months to master the expert. But the benefits you get from this app doesn’t repress the price, it’s priceless. Only thing I’m missing is a callisthenics section. Than would be 5 star or maybe make an app just for that, it’d be awesome.
