Notification timing would be nice, now I get 5 notifications a minute about the same event from camera. Also a way to view the live camera online (website) would be nice.
Domotique switchbot
Big connection problem with Alexa on Echo Show 10 ... The skill is not compatible with the device !!! The skil regarding the Switchbot curtains... Can you remedy this problem? Thanks
Huge size and a lot of battery consumption
The app itself is almost 700 MB witch is very much if you see the functions and the simplicity. Also is te battery usage not good. In the background it use 14 %
To big
App is very useful, but 678MB is absurd for an app like this. I don’t need fancy installation videos for all your devices if I only use one of them in my smart home.
Very good, when it works
The installation of new products is easy, signing up is easy, the problem is stability… Between being logged out of the software, or your products not registering as online, it can easily make something designed to facilitate your life a hassle…. I’d say so far it has a 95% reliability… but that means every few days having to scramble to find all the remotes your product is supposed to replace to turn on the heater, turn off the tv, etc….

アプリを更新するたびに必ず問題が起きる。 問題とは、登録していたシーンやオートメーションが動かないことです。 その度に作り直さないとならない。。。 屋外カメラも確実にオフラインになります。 スマートロックで、「引っかかりました」と表示される方へ： それは逆に回転しようとして引っかかったためです。開錠と施錠がいつのまにか反対になり起こるものです。 かなりの頻度で起こるので腹が立ちますよね。 再設定すると一時的に直ります。
私だけですか？
アップデートのたびに、登録してある機器がアプリから消えてしまう。再登録する手間があります。それでもよければ。
広告のせいで使いづらい
自社製品の広告がエロサイトの広告みたいに誤タップを誘う形で入ってきます。 無料アプリならともかく、金払って製品買って使ってるのに、なぜ広告を表示されないといけないのか。製品が良ければ広告なしでも買います。しかし、広告のせいで使用体験は最悪です。リピートすることはないでしょう。
