Subscription Cycle: 1 month (monthly plans)
Subscription Price: $3.99/month (monthly plans)
Payment: Users confirm the purchase and proceed to payment. Users can manage this subscription and the auto-renewal via their Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Cancellation: Users can manually cancel this subscription via Apple ID > Subscriptions at least 24 hours before the current subscription period expires.
Renewal: The user's account will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the subscription will be extended for another period upon successful payment.

支援比起以前,現在巳很差。問題提出已經數天並沒有回應
校準電子鎖無效
購買咗一個新嘅電子鎖安裝後進行校準，衣着次序進行校準，但完成後仍然顯示我未能校準，需要我重新校準，而電子鎖亦沒有轉動的反應

After updated, I need to pair the SwitchBot, again again and again, so annoying!!!!
My Tv Ac are not supported
Yes, I can use the learning function, but for ACs, only the on/off function is available. Without the model integrated, I can only use a similar remote control, which is not ideal as some functions do not work. If you only need the on/off function, Smartbot can do the job, but that's pretty much it. I am still waiting for tech support to add my model to their library.
