There’s a bug in application
Every night when I open the SwitchBot application to turn off the lights, pressing "Off" often does not respond. After removing the app from the background and reopening it, pressing "Off" then works correctly. I am using an iPhone 15 Pro. Recently, I have been considering buying a second one for the living room, but I would need the development team to assist with troubleshooting first. Thank you.

我的掃地機器人一直連不到網 我不知道問題是什麼 但有可能是因為現在只支持2.4Ghz頻段的wi-fi 拜託 請把這個更新一下 不然我現在那個掃地機器人連不到手機 很不方便……..
看到的不要買
垃圾產品加上垃圾程式，每次進去藍牙都要重新連，甚至直接連不到，不如自己走去關燈 程式80%的功能都在推銷自己的產品，基礎商品都做這麼爛怎麼會覺得我們會再買

Widget Won’t Work
Every single time, when the app is been updated, I will have to restart my phone just to then the app widgets get back to work so I can unlock my doors through the widget, EVERY SINGLE TIME !!! It’s annoying and the lock sometimes won’t even auto lock the doors although I have turn the feature on and off several times already. So many bugs and so many problems.
