Sync - Secure cloud storage

The iOS app does not sync well anymore. Very frustrating

Sync has worked on a VPN connection for some time already! 👎👎👎👎👎

Audio playback has an annoying compression effect and stutters when switching between landscape / portrait mode.

Very unreliable app, crashes more often than not unfortunately…

Every time after a few actions within the app it totally freezes and I have to shut it down and restart it. Never had this issue with my former service Dropbox. Please fix this.

Since a few days I’m unable to open password protected documents on iPhone app

Sync has very strong security and privacy but the look and feel of both web and mobile isn’t aging well. It looks really old.

Werk met veel plezier met Sync. Wat een fijne app. Zoals ik tech graag zie: met oog voor privacy en databescherming. Keep up the good work guys!

I like the service. However it is kind of slow to cache on the iOS app. But privacy is more important to me than fast cashed files. Hope that they can work on speeding up the app a bit

I recently switched to Sync.com after using Dropbox for a long time. My first impression is that the Sync UI for the iOS app, OS X app and web portal are slow and buggy. iOS App: - Switching to Select Mode does not work on folders. It does change the look of the folder item to the select mode but does not show the select circle. - Moving folders is a very slow process. OS X App: - It takes a very long time to (re)index all files. - It sometimes stops syncing files but keeps saying that is syncing. A restart of the app start mostly helps. Sometimes the local cache must be cleared in order to start syncing again. This never happened with Dropbox and makes not trusting the app if it did or did not sync all files. - The green check icon circle shows on parent folders when there are still files being synced. For the Web portal - Moving a finished uploaded folder is very slow. - Closing the popup dialog during moving interrupts the moving process. This results in a half moved folder and leaves already moved files and folders in the 'old' folder. So, as a user, I have to go through all the folders and files myself to see what has and has not been moved. - On the computer where the Sync.com root folder is located, I have to keep entering the 2FA code. I do support 2FA code but is makes no sence to enter is every time I open the web portal on the same system that holds the original files.
