Sync - Secure cloud storage

UX feels dated, is missing some basic operations and the app is sooo sloooow. At the moment I’m waiting for shared JPG files to load and it takes forever…

Very poor app. Often gets unresponsive, freezes and has to be restarted. It's behavior is simply unpredictable - sometimes works and sometimes it crashes, 50/50. Even when it works it's quite slow. Use only if you really have to stick to Sync.

Slow sync. Sometimes it stops for hours. Also lack of possibility to keep screen open to continue syncing.

Bardzo dobra usługa. Bezpieczna i niezawodna.

I hoped that sync.com may be an alternative to Dropbox. Unfortunately the iPad app is completely unreliable. It's very slow and the integration with iOS file explorer is terrible. A simple task of copying multiple files to a different folder is impossible to achieve. I have to copy/paste each file separately or use "share" function. "Move" command is inactive (why?). Copying multiple files gives me a system error message. Openig files with different app directly from cloud drive works very poor.

Używam od 3 lat na sprzęcie Apple i nie miałem żadnych problemów. Polecam tym, którzy cenią prywatność i bezpieczeństwo danych.

Aplikacja działa - za to dodatkowa gwiazdka. Ale - często pojawia się czarny ekran, jakieś migotanie i nie wiadomo co się dzieje. Występują też błędy czcionki. The app works - hence the additional star. But - really often there is a black screen, flickering etc. God only knows what's happening. There are also some font errors.

The search function seems to 1) never be fully functional as it has been indexing for months now and 2) only search the file name, not the content of files. Which makes it extremely limited in function.

I was using Sync as a separate place to keep a variety of files. Today I wanted to move a handful of files into their own folder; I selected them all and went through the steps of trying to move them, but the app began to behave strangely, and now the files are gone. Beware!

Kind of regretting paying for the increased storage because every time I try to open the app on my iPad, it crashes.
