Sync - Secure cloud storage

Loading folders and files takes forever, unless you update the folder you’re in a few times there is a chance you are not seeing all the files. Upload simply does not work, both from sync app and native files app.

I’m using this app since years now, experiencing a great service. But since the latest 2 updates, an annoying bug occurs: few seconds after launching, the app hangs for a while before getting responsive again. Hope it is going to be solved with the next update…

Login into the app doesn’t work .. totally useless

Was a bit worried because of the bad feedback, but they are all very old.. I find the app surely a bit slower than OneDrive or Gdrive but given the mess Microsoft has made on osX and how nosy google is… moving to Sync is a must!

I love Sync and it works just fine on macOS and browser, yet the iOS app has been highly unusable since too much time... you open folders and it shows nothing, so you keep refreshing for minutes until *maybe* they do... it really works badly 😖

Fingerprint login most needed.

L'app risulta vecchia e non mi fa fare nemmeno il log off. Potete per favore risolvere?

A dispetto del servizio l'app si presenta vecchia ed inusabile, è impensabile avere uno spazio pro per non poter caricare file diversi da foto direttamente dal telefono. Essendo un utente pro speravo in qualcosa di più.

1. introdurre landscape per iPad 2. introdurre riconoscimento con impronta 3. Compatibilità con Apple Watch 4. rendere la app più reattiva nella seleziona delle impostazioni per il resto funziona bene.

The search function seems to 1) never be fully functional as it has been indexing for months now and 2) only search the file name, not the content of files. Which makes it extremely limited in function.
