Talabat: Food, grocery & more

Shame after sharing a code from my account with 2 new users to make orders on the app they cancelled their orders and allow them use the referral’s code, they called to discuss but solution was not found. Not reliable wont be bothered to share the app with others and help them setup new account

They charged me 1JOD for adding my Credit Card to the app and after contacting support twice over two days they won’t credit it back to me and they ask me to contact my bank.

Can’t contact customer support through the app. No support email or phone number. I ordered 3 items 2 of which were out of stock, instead of getting a refund I received credit that is valid for 1 year. I do not want credit. Customers should have the option to get a refund through the original payment method or credit. Talabat makes it impossible to contact any support much less getting a refund.

They delivered me rotten food and refused refund giving me zero reason despite providing them with full evidence and photos. They are scammers

I don’t see real value in being a Pro member. Other apps like Smiles and Deliveroo are much better.

Took forever to contact to the agent for support and once it’s reduce my money twice for one order and repetitively missing my food order. The app shown that the food was delivered how ever there was no food ever deliver to my door step. After contacting their customer support all they can do is to refund and give an apologies. There’s never a compensation for my time that I’ve been waiting for 2hrs just for a food delivery. Try Talabat app and you’ll know what a horrible food delivery is like.

Talabat is amazing but sometimes the drivers can’t find the locations and that means you need to update your navigators. Thx😘

طلبات نشأ في الكويت ولاكن بيعت لشركه المانيه والمانيا تابعه و داعمه للصهاينه و في التطبيق يضعون اعلام وصور داعمه ل فلسطين و مطاعم لا تدعم الصهيونيين ك تنبيه للعميل المقاطع!!! بينما هم اكبر داعمين لهم و المال يذهب لقتله الاطفال في النهايه. نزلو تقييم طلبات ومسحوه
