Talabat: Food, grocery & more

Don’t ever ever order from talabat mart. It’s my first day in Dubai and I ordered some drinks and I got a complete wrong order. I called the driver but he refused to come back and he was rude and so unprofessional. I complained through the app customer service and they were useless as well. Don’t waste your money with them!

My order canceled once, twice and for the third time, contacted customer services and they are helpless asking me to reorder every time without trying to solve the root cause and their way is very disappointing they never hear the logic and they are rushing the conversation to end it as soon as possible! Avoid Talabat it’s not worth it you’ll spend hours with customer service to get your order through and it will never will. Save your money and time and steer clear from Talabat!

I have ordered multiple times from this app, the food doesn’t always arrive. I have contacted the restaurant that I ordered from through the app and they told me that they don’t have such an order. Deliveroo has a better service and always on time. I don't recommend this app Save your money and time

Tried to cancel a order that was taking two hours to deliver (on the company says within 35mins) and no one was picking the phone or the driver replying. And from the app it doesn’t let you cancel because it’s already “being prepared” No support from Talabat, Zomato much better

You have to wait for like 20 mins to speak to customer service. Also, it is always late and they don’t compensate you for the delay. They do not look for the customer satisfaction in using the app. Deliveroo and Carriage are way better than this app.

After latest update app crashes when launched

Always use this app when ordering food! Super easy and the food is always on time.
